Terms and Conditions

A 10% deposit is required with your reservation. Full payment must be made no later than 30 days prior to departure. Cancellation fees; more than 30 days prior to departure - $50.00, 7-29 days prior to departure - 20% of full tour cost, within 7 days of departure - 100%. If the tour has commenced, no unused portion.

Stay Upright Motorcycle Adventure Tours reserves the right to alter tour routes due to variation in road, weather, operational or safety considerations. All participants are required to comply with directions given by Stay Upright staff and contractors. Participants must sign an indemnity form and be licensed to ride a motorcycle. Stay Upright is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belongings, personal injury, accident, or illness. Personal travel insurance including medical and hire vehicle excess cover is strongly recommended.
